As of 21 September 2026. You can also use Craft Plus through a seat in a Family subscription. According to Craft, each invited member gets their own account with Plus features. This guide explains how the invitation works, what stays private and what applies after twelve months.
How the Craft Family plan works
According to Craft, the Family plan covers up to five invited members. Each invited member gets their own account upgraded to Plus, with five personal spaces and 1 TB of storage each, separate from the shared family spaces.
According to Craft, Plus includes unlimited documents, up to 5 GB per file, 30 days of version history, a monthly AI usage quota, custom domains and advanced share analytics.
What stays private
Your personal spaces are separate from the shared family spaces. You do not need to collaborate with other members. Content in shared spaces is accessible to their authorised members, so keep private material in your personal spaces.
What you receive from Pinclair
- One Family seat for one person with the Plus benefits.
- The invitation by email to your order email address. Use the email address of your Craft account; if you do not have one yet, create one with Craft.
- No password and no security code: you accept the invitation yourself.
- Twelve months from when the invitation is provided, as a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal and no further subscription charges from Pinclair.
Pinclair manages the Family subscription and membership. You receive a member seat, not your own Family subscription and no further seats to invite others. If you already pay for a Craft subscription, please check joining with our support team before purchasing. The current price is shown on the product page.
You receive the invitation no later than 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Order review is included in this period.
After twelve months
According to Craft, subscription changes do not affect your documents and data. Without a paid plan, the limits of the free Starter plan apply, such as 1,500 content blocks and 1 GB of storage.
Free for school and university
According to its help centre, Craft offers a free Education plan for students and educators. If this applies to you, check this route before buying.

Do I get my own account with a Craft Family seat?
Yes. According to Craft, each invited member gets their own account with Plus features. You accept the invitation with the email address of your Craft account.
Can other members see my documents?
Your personal spaces are separate from the shared family spaces. Content in shared spaces is accessible to their authorised members.
Does Pinclair need my Craft password?
No. We send the invitation to your order email address, and you accept it yourself. No password or security code is needed.
Can I invite other people myself?
No. You receive a member seat, not your own Family subscription and no further seats to invite others. Pinclair manages the Family subscription.
What happens to my documents after twelve months?
