An individual subscription, an entire family plan and a single family plan slot are different offers. Compare the total price for the same duration. Redeem the code yourself

You receive a code for twelve months of Super Duolingo and redeem it yourself on the Duolingo website. Redemption is only available in a browser, not in the app. Your account must not have an active Duolingo subscription. You do not need to share your Duolingo username or login details with us.

How to receive your invitation

Check your account first: there must be no active subscription, your profile must be public and an existing family membership must not prevent the invitation. Enter your exact Duolingo username when ordering. Your password is not needed. After payment confirmation and order review, you receive and accept the invitation directly in Duolingo. If this does not work, we send you an invitation link instead.

You keep your own account

Your progress, streak and settings remain unchanged. The invitation option provides a family plan seat. Pinclair manages the family subscription and the plan settings. You use your own Duolingo account. You cannot invite more members or renew the entire plan yourself.

Duration and refunds

The purchase price of the invitation option is based on twelve months of Super Duolingo. If the family plan started before your purchase and therefore has less than twelve months remaining, we refund the portion of the price you paid that corresponds to the missing days.

Delivery

We process orders every day, including weekends and public holidays. Digital delivery takes place no later than 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Order review is included in this period.

If your invitation does not arrive

Check your username, profile visibility, subscription status and existing family memberships. Then contact support with your order number and an error description without sensitive data.
