Is Picsart free?
A free account and a Pro subscription are different offers. Try the basic version and check whether its tools cover your image-editing needs. Premium content and certain features remain paid. According to Picsart's help, a free account includes 100 MB of cloud storage, while Pro lists 100 GB. Downloading the app does not itself give you a free Pro subscription.
