Digital delivery
Pinclair sells digital products only. There is no parcel shipment and no shipping charge.
Delivery countries
We deliver digitally to customers in all billing countries available at checkout. The requirements of each product apply independently of this.
Payment
You pay at Pinclair with PayPal.
Delivery time
We process orders every day, including weekends and public holidays. Digital delivery takes place no later than 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Order review is included in this period.
Delivery method
Depending on the product, you receive a code, an invitation, account details or the digital provision described on its page. The automatic order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order and is not the delivery.
Order review
Before delivery, we check payment, product requirements and delivery information. Inconsistent details, payment problems or security concerns may require clarification. Review is included in the delivery period.
If delivery is missing
Contact support@pinclair.de with your order number and the email address used for the order.
