What you receive

Personal spaces are separate from shared Family spaces. You do not have to collaborate with other members. Content in shared spaces is accessible to their authorised members. Craft usage limits apply to AI features.
Invitation and account
We send the invitation to the email address on your order. Use the email address of your Craft account. If you do not have an account yet, create one with Craft. You accept the invitation yourself; we do not need your password or security codes.
Pinclair manages the Family subscription and membership. You receive one member seat, not your own Family subscription or additional seats to invite others. If you already have a paid Craft subscription, please check joining with our support team before purchasing.
Price and term
One-time purchase for twelve months from delivery of the invitation. The underlying annual Family subscription starts fresh for this first seat. This purchase does not create an automatic renewal or further subscription charges from Pinclair. The total price and payment currency are shown at checkout.
Digital delivery
We process orders every day, including weekends and public holidays. You receive the invitation no later than 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Order review is included in this period. You pay at Pinclair with PayPal.
Support and refunds
Our support team helps with joining and any problems with your order. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Independent retailer
Pinclair is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Craft. Brand and product names are used to identify the product.
