Super Duolingo: code or invitation
Choose a code to redeem yourself or a family plan seat by invitation. Both options use your own Duolingo account; you must not have an active subscription.
Redeem the code yourself
You receive a code for twelve months of Super Duolingo and redeem it yourself on the Duolingo website. Redemption is only available in a browser, not in the app. Your account must not have an active Duolingo subscription. You do not need to share your Duolingo username or login details with us.
- Sign in to your Duolingo account in a browser.
- Open duolingo.com/redeem.
- Enter the supplied code and confirm redemption.
Family plan invitation
You use your own Duolingo account. For a direct invitation, provide your Duolingo username and make your profile public. If the direct invitation through Duolingo does not work, we send you an invitation link instead. We do not need your password.
Pinclair manages the family subscription and plan settings. You accept the invitation yourself and keep your learning progress and streak.
Invitation period and proportionate refunds
The purchase price of the invitation option is based on twelve months of Super Duolingo. If the family plan started before your purchase and therefore has less than twelve months remaining, we refund the portion of the price you paid that corresponds to the missing days.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Digital delivery
We process orders every day, including weekends and public holidays. Digital delivery takes place no later than 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Order review is included in this period.
